The Demag DBC electric chain hoist is the ideal entry level solution for many industries, and meets a wide range of demands made of modern lifting equipment. Heavy loads are moved with ease, work processes are optimised for employees and time is saved. Different models of the chain hoist with a suspension bracket, electric drive trolley or manual drive trolley in combination with max. loads from 125 kg – 2000 kg ensure you'll find the right product for your specific requirements.
The powerful lifting device is particularly suitable for production companies, workshops, production facilities, warehouses, construction sites and goods handling. Thanks to a controller that uses a 3 m cable with strain relief, heavy goods and materials are moved with ease and in a user friendly way. The hook travel is 4 m, 6 m is possible upon request. The chain hoist is quick and easy put into operation without the need for additional tools. This allows easy access for maintenance or other modifications.
The Demag DBC electric chain hoist makes an impression with quiet operation of 68 dB, a minimal load swing and a long service life. What's more, it has two hoist speeds as standard, as well as mechanical limit switches for the upper and lower hook positions. The low speed level is particularly suitable for precise and gentle motion.
For your safety and to protect the chain hoist, a friction clutch prevents overload. Load slack is prevented because the brake is installed in the load chain before the friction clutch. The load chains are hardened in accordance with DAT and electrolytically zinc plated so that they comply with quality class 8. The chain hoist works reliably, despite large temperature fluctuations, at temperatures from –20 °C to +40 °C without reducing the operating time. It is IP55 certified and protected against dust and jets of water under the cover. It is supplied complete with a corresponding chain box.
