The order process:
Placing items in the shopping basket / ordering directly
There are two ways to place items in the shopping basket. You
already know the item number - then make use of our "Order
directly" function. Simply enter the number, adjust the
quantity if necessary and then click on the "Order" button -
the item is now in your shopping basket.
You have found the right item through a search or by
navigating the site and would now like to order it? Then you
can click on the "shopping basket icon" next to the price in
the table to put the item in your shopping basket. This can be
done directly from any product page.
My shopping basket
Your shopping basket is permanently visible at the top right of the navigation area and can be directly accessed by clicking on "To shopping basket". In the first step of your order you can see the products that you have selected. You can of course still delete items at any time. To do this simply click on the "waste bin icon" to the left of the relevant item number. To change the quantity of an item, simply enter the relevant number and then click on "Update". After clicking on the "Order" button you will proceed with your purchase in one of two ways: As a registered customer, you enter your user name and your password and then click on "Login". Alternatively, you will have to use the second approach whereby you must simply enter your personal data. Next, click on "Continue" to confirm.
Address data
You must enter your address data in the form so that we can process your order. Please observe that all fields with an * are mandatory fields that must be filled out. In the next step you can specify a different delivery or billing address. Make your changes in the relevant fields of the form.
Checking and sending the order
You can check your entries again here, make changes to your
shopping basket or your address data or enter comments for the
order. Before you can complete your order, you still have to
agree to our terms and conditions.
Completing the order
After sending your order, a summary of the information is displayed here in the online shop. You can also print the order if you like.
